FictionPress is something I signed up for a long time ago, but have only recently been using. It's so great; I love it. It's given me a chance to have others read and review my work, and in all honesty, I haven't gotten a flame yet [and I was expecting my mailbox to be filled with them]. It's been a really positive experience for me. And I mean, it was through FictionPress that I met Kenya, the uber cool chick that gave me this lovely journal. ^_^

As for your search for friends, consider yourself added to my list. I love to read the works of others, so I'm interested in reading "your crappy writing," as you call it. [Everyone's hardest on themselves; I doubt your writing is half as bad as you think.] I'm also willing to edit and review, if you'd like me to. =D
